Shipping policy

Most orders ship within 2-3 business days, but sometimes up to 5-7 business day by USPS First Class, Standard or Priority Mail. Many of our items are printed to order, and we have been known to take up to 2 weeks to fulfill orders. Please message us if it seems like things are going too long!

Tracking numbers are emailed upon shipment and most orders shipped via Standard Shipping arrive within 5 business days. Once shipped, USPS includes an expected delivery date but please note that this is an estimate and may change due holidays or unexpected events. Please ensure that delivery locations are secure. DNO is not responsible for items scanned as delivered but not received. If an item you ordered is out of stock, we'll source and print it before packing and shipping. We may email an ETA on when you should expect your order, but if you don't hear from us, you can trust we're working to make it happen.
